• International orders: 5–12 business days, depending on customs and location.
Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view real-time updates.

5. Do you offer size guidance?
Yes — we provide detailed size guides on each product page. For personal assistance, our team is happy to help via email, TikTok DM or Instagram DM.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve it swiftly with either a replacement or refund.
